Am So den 16. März ab 21 Uhr gibt es das Revival der legendären Radio Show der “Barking Dogs United”.

The Wild Bunch beschreiben die beiden Künstler selbst mit folgenden Worten:

We are interested on the multilayered music history, on the evolution of sound. Who influenced who, who covered who, who remixed who, who citates what. It is not only the morphology of Sound it self, but also the context, cultural and political, which is either directly expressed or hidden, playfully or even cynically formed. This meta-layer we want to reveal. If “language is a virus from outer space” (William Burroughs), music is for us a dialect.

Der Anlass für diese unerwartete Wiederauferstehung findet sich in der Finissage der “Size Matterz”-Ausstellung in der ACC Galerie Weimar. Dementsprechend senden BDU ihre Sounds nicht nur über den Hörfunkkanal von Radio Lotte (106,6), sonder erwarten die gespannten Hörer ebenfalls live in der Galerie.
